Maybe the Times has inside information it canвЂ™t attribute for whatever reason? The Los Angeles Times speculates that вЂњThe absence of a writing credit indicates that the installment was likely written by McGruder.вЂќВ IвЂ™m not sure how the missing writing credit makes it вЂњlikelyвЂќ that McGruder wrote the episode it seems it could just as easily indicate that the episode was rewritten without his consent and he wanted his name taken off it, or that it was written by committee and nobody could agree on credit (or blame), or that there was some other behind-the-scenes craziness we donвЂ™t know about. TonightвЂ™s episode is marked as вЂњ402вЂќ and next weekвЂ™s is вЂњ404.вЂќ The second has no writing credit.
